Currently Advanced Spa Parts ships many of its parts from our Georgia warehouse but we have several other locations throughout the country we are able to drop ship parts from as we try to provide our customers with the best service possible.
Advanced Spa Parts takes pride in providing you with professional customer service via email.
However, shipping delays may occur for orders that are less than $50.00 and/or shipped by USPS, shipments going to Canada, special orders such as PVC pipe that has to be custom cut, and items that are currently out of stock.
Customers who need their parts in a hurry are encouraged to email for part availability before placing their order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make adjustments to our price schedule as necessary. You can expect to pay the price as listed on our website at the time you place your order.
Shipping
Parts will either be shipped from our warehouse in Georgia or drop shipped from our supplier. A small handling charge is added to the freight amount of each order. Choose UPS, 3 Day UPS or Parcel Post on the cart page and you can compare shipping/handling charges before you go to checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers choosing a shipping method that does not apply to the package they have ordered will be automatically upgraded to the next shipping method that would apply.
All shipments become your property once picked up by the carrier. Any shipping damage to the package or parts must be noted and a claim placed with the carrier.
Warranty
Parts carry the original manufacturers warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact Advanced Spa Parts for all warranty claims.
Advanced Spa Parts assumes no liability for any injury, loss or damage resulting from the improper use of or malfunction of an item we sell. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts as provided by the manufacturers warranty.
By ordering parts from Advanced Spa Parts, you are accepting the responsibility of seeing that the part(s) are installed properly without damaging the part itself, other components of your tub or injuring yourself.
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please notify us immediately. Do not use or install physically damaged parts, as they will not be returnable. The final determination as to if the product is warrantable will be made by the manufacturer thru Advanced Spa Parts as the manufacturers agent. All warrantable items will be replaced with a like item or credit at our discretion.
Return Policy
All returns must be approved in advance and shipped with a RGA number obtained from us within 20 days of issue. Freight charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer. In general, all sales are considered final, but we realize that mistakes do happen and need to be corrected.
Product sent to us on a RGA number older than 20 days will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition.
If Advanced Spa Parts makes a shipping error, we will gladly remedy the mistake at our expense. Product that you no longer need or product that you ordered incorrectly is normally not returnable. All returned parts must be received in a like new, UNINSTALLED condition, in original packaging! Used parts cannot be re-sold as new and therefore will not be accepted. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. If you decide you no longer need an item after receiving it, please be aware there will be restocking charges to return it.
Advanced Spa Parts Refund Policy
Advanced Spa Parts offers no refunds on any repair or replacement parts that have been installed or used by the end user or any contracted individual. Absolutely no refunds will be given on any electrical or electronic device, Spa controls, spa control systems, pumps, heaters, switches, or control panels. Electronics are non-returnable.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to insure that any parts purchased are the correct parts needed for the repair and the completion of the service work that is being performed by the customer or any contracted company or individual installing the purchased parts.
Any stock parts that have been purchased in error and that have not been used or installed in any way are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee with no refunds being issued for shipping charges.
All returns require a return authorization number before they will be accepted and must be returned prepaid and insured by the customer with a signature required to be considered for any type of credit or refund.
No returns will be accepted on any repair parts after 20 days from the date of purchase.

What are my shipping choices? On the Yahoo Stores checkout page you will find a drop down box where you can choose UPS, 3 Day UPS, or Parcel Post. With this feature you can compare shipping charges before you commit to the order. We may use other carriers if it gives you faster service, but we will never pass the higher charge on to you.
Other website stores are selling the same parts at much higher prices. How are you able keep your prices so low? Advanced Spa Parts is a internet based retail store only. We do not have a store front available to walk in customers. Nor do we have office personnel to take and answer phone calls. Operating with very low overhead enables us to sell premium parts to the public at reduced, almost wholesale prices.
I have an Advanced Spa Design hot tub and need info or parts. Can you help? Advancedspaparts.com sells replacement and/or generic parts for all hot tubs including yours. However, we are not connected in any way to any tub manufacturer with the brand name "advanced".
